  • 16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
  • 6 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained (3 c. cooked)

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease 2-quart casserole.

    Put sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla into large bowl.

    Beat until smooth.

    Fold in noodles and raisins.

    Bake 30 minutes.

    Turn oven up to 400° and bake 15 minutes.
