  • 1/2 lb. broad noodles
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. heaping sour cream
  • 1/2 small carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • cornflakes

Directions

    Boil noodles, drain well.

    Beat eggs and sugar.

    Add melted butter.

    Mix well with all other ingredients.

    Add crumbled cornflakes as topping.

    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.

    Cut into squares when cool.
