- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. commercial sour cream
- 1/2 lb. cooked medium noodles
- 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese

Directions

1Beat egg yolks; add melted butter and sugar.

2Fold in cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles.

3Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Place in a 2-quart buttered casserole and sprinkle top with crushed corn flakes.

5Dot generously with butter.

6Bake 45 minutes in 375° oven.
