  • 1/2 lb. fine noodles
  • 2 c. raw Minute rice
  • 2 cans onion soup
  • 2 cans clear broth
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. mushrooms, browned (if fresh), or 1 c. water chestnuts

Directions

    In large soup pot, melt butter; pour in noodles and brown until golden.

    Add rice and mix thoroughly.

    Combine all the rest of the ingredients and place in an oblong casserole dish.

    Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.
