Ingredients

  • 2 large cans chicken broth and 2 c. diced chicken
  • 3 whole stems celery
  • 3 carrots, sliced in long, thin pieces
  • 1/2 onion in long pieces
  • water and bouillon cubes to keep broth thin
  • 1 bag Amish noodles

Directions

    Make a broth.

    When it comes to a boil, add noodles.

    When broth comes to a boil again, add onions, celery and carrots. Boil just until the noodles are tender.

    (Don't let the broth get thick.

    Add 1 bouillon cube per cup of water.)

    Chicken may be added.

    Remove celery stalks and serve.

    Serves 4.
