- 2 large cans chicken broth and 2 c. diced chicken
- 3 whole stems celery
- 3 carrots, sliced in long, thin pieces
- 1/2 onion in long pieces
- water and bouillon cubes to keep broth thin
- 1 bag Amish noodles
Directions

1Make a broth.

2When it comes to a boil, add noodles.

3When broth comes to a boil again, add onions, celery and carrots. Boil just until the noodles are tender.

4(Don't let the broth get thick.

5Add 1 bouillon cube per cup of water.)

6Chicken may be added.

7Remove celery stalks and serve.
