  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large bag egg noodles
  • 1 small container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce

Directions

    Brown beef and drain.

    Cook noodles and drain.

    Set aside. Mix Ricotta cheese, 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese, egg and oregano. Combine with spaghetti sauce, noodles and beef.

    Pour in baking dish and top with other cup of Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes to heat through.

    Can be frozen.
