- 12 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 14 cup coarsely chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 34 cup open pit barbecue sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups cooked drained noodles (spaghetti or macaroni can be used)
Directions

1Saute vegetables in oil until tender.

2Add tomato paste, BBq sauce, water, sugar and salt; bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat, simmer about 20 minutes.

4Serve over noodles.
