Ingredients: 1 pkg. (10 oz.) refrigerated bread dough; 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese; 1/2 c. mayonnaise; 1/2 c. sour cream; 1 pkg. (0.7 oz.) Italian salad dressing mix; 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper; 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper

1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (0.7 oz.) Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper

Directions

Bake bread as directed on package. You can also cut bread in design if desired, or you can use mini rye bread bought at store in bakery section.

Cool baked bread.

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and Italian dressing mix.

Slice bread into thin slices.

Drop about 1 teaspoon of mixture on bread slices. Sprinkle with both red and green peppers.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly crisp.
