- 3 lbs lamb, chunked
- 14 cup flour
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- margarine for browning sauce
Directions

1Coat meat with flour.

2Saute garlic and onion in a small amount of margarine .

3Heat more more margarine in a heavy skillet and brown meat on all sides.

4Transfer to large pot.

5Add sauteed onions and garlic to pot.

6Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.

7Add 1 cup hot water and bring to a boil.Add more water if necessary to cover meat.

8Cover, and simmer until tender, about 30 minutes.

9Check seasonings.

10It should be quite strong.

11Serve hot.
