- 1 (14 1/2-15 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, saute onions slowly till a nice dark brown.

2Put walnuts in the bowl of a food processor and pulse a few times to chop.

3Add beans, eggs and onion and process till combined.

4Scrape down sides and process till almost smooth ( a little texture is ok.),.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Empty into a bowl, cover and refrigerate a few hours or overnight to combine flavors.
