  • 8 baking potatoes
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Notch a large square out of the top of each potato.

    Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon into the potatoes.

    Replace the notch.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 425°.
