  • 2 lb. boneless breasts
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. Dijon mustard
  • 2 c. sesame seed

Directions

    Cut chicken into 1 x 1 1/2-inch pieces; set aside.

    Combine flour, water, egg, sesame seed and salt; mix well.

    Dip chicken in batter to coat.

    Fry in hot oil (375°) until golden brown (about 8 minutes).

    Drain.

    Mix honey and mustard and serve with Nuggets.
