  • 1 jar dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Karo syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Mix peanuts and Ritz.

    Mix remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.

    Pour over peanuts and Ritz mixture. Mix well.

    Pour on greased cookie sheet.
