  • 3/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Place all ingredients in large bowl. Mix by hand with a spoon. Pour into greased 8 or 9-inch brownie pan and bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes. Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar. Cut in squares while warm.
