  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cream the sugar and butter.

    Add vanilla and water.

    Sift flour and salt; mix well with creamed mixture.

    Add nuts and mix. Bake in a 325° oven for 20 minutes.

    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
