  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Cream shortening and sugar.

    Add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and soda.

    Roll chopped nuts in flour and fold into batter. Bake in Bundt pan at 375° for 50-60 minutes.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar over cake to serve.
