  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 to 2 tsp. maple extract
  • 1/2 lb. walnuts, chopped
  • powdered sugar (dust top before serving)
