  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. ground nuts
  • 2 c. flour

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar and nuts, then flour.

    Shape dough into finger-shapes with hands and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake in slow (325°) oven 15 to 18 minutes.

    Cookie will not be brown when done.

    Roll in confectioners sugar warm.

    Makes about 4 dozen.
