  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow salad mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for about 15 minutes.
