- 1 c. uncooked brown rice
- 1 c. green onions with tops, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Saute rice and onions in butter until golden.

2Stir in broth and salt.

3Bring to a boil; stir once.

4Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.

5Add nuts; toss lightly.
