  • 2 c. cubed chicken or 3 cans Swanson white chicken
  • 5 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/3 c. pimento (optional)
  • 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 can Chinese noodles (to sprinkle on top)

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Mix together all of the ingredients except Chinese noodles.

    Put into an ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top and bake for 30 minutes.
