- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 14 cup minced onion
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup finely ground dried shrimp
- 2 cups rice, prepared and cooled
- 2 scrambled eggs
- cooked meat (optional)
- vegetables (optional)
Directions

1fry onions with butter till fragrant.remove onions and fry dried shrimps till fragrant.

2add rice,onions and stir well.

3add meat,vegetables and fry.

4add in soy sauce and ground dried prawns.

5stir till rice is uniform coloured.

6add in scrambled eggs.

7serve.
