  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 14 cup minced onion
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup finely ground dried shrimp
  • 2 cups rice, prepared and cooled
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • cooked meat (optional)
  • vegetables (optional)

Directions

    fry onions with butter till fragrant.remove onions and fry dried shrimps till fragrant.

    add rice,onions and stir well.

    add meat,vegetables and fry.

    add in soy sauce and ground dried prawns.

    stir till rice is uniform coloured.

    add in scrambled eggs.

    serve.
