  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup shopped raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup instant non-fat dry milk solids
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup honey

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, cashews, coconut, sesame seeds, wheat germ and dry milk.

    3. Mix together the oil and honey and stir into dry ingredients. Spread the mixture in a Teflon-lined, jelly-roll pan (or well-greased pan) and bake about 30 minutes, stirring several times to allow even browning. Cool and store in tightly-covered containers.
