  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/2 lb. sliced salami
  • 1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • grated Mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup, diluted in 1 can water

    Brown the hamburg.

    Layer in roaster or 5-quart casserole dish the hamburg, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, salami, pepperoni, potatoes, salt and pepper and 1/2 of diluted soup.

    Sprinkle each layer with cheese, ending top layer with soup mixture. Cook, covered, in oven at 350° for 2 hours, or until potatoes are well cooked.
