- 7 oz. coconut
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 jar caramel topping
Directions

1Toast pecans and coconut until golden brown; let cool.

2Mix cream cheese and milk together and then fold in Cool Whip.

3Layer in prepared pie shells 2 layers of cream cheese mixture, pecans and coconut.

4Drizzle caramel topping over pecans.

5Layer again.
