- 5 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. All-Bran cereal
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. oat bran cereal
- 2 c. 40% bran flakes
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. Puritan oil
- 4 eggs or 1 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Directions

1Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon together.

2Add cereals, raisins and nuts.

3Combine milk, eggs, oil, water and applesauce.

4Stir liquid mixture with dry mixture only until moist.

5Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full.

6Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

7Batter may be kept from 4 to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
