  • 1 12 cups rolled oats, master mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water

Directions

    Stir all ingredients in bowl with spoon until blended.

    Bake on greased hot griddle or in skillet until browned on both sides and done in middle.

    To freeze pancakes: Place waxed paper between cooled pancakes and place into freezer bag (Ziplock-type).

    Remove as much excess air as possible and seal.

    Freeze.

    To reheat: Place desired number of pancakes on plate.

    Microwave on high for 1 minute Check.

    If not done, turn over and heat for additional 30-60 seconds.
