Oat Pancakes

- 1 12 cups rolled oats, master mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Stir all ingredients in bowl with spoon until blended.

2Bake on greased hot griddle or in skillet until browned on both sides and done in middle.

3To freeze pancakes: Place waxed paper between cooled pancakes and place into freezer bag (Ziplock-type).

4Remove as much excess air as possible and seal.

5Freeze.

6To reheat: Place desired number of pancakes on plate.

7Microwave on high for 1 minute Check.

8If not done, turn over and heat for additional 30-60 seconds.
