- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease bottom only of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.

3Pour water over oats in large bowl; stir until moistened. Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Pour into pan.

5Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.

6Loosen sides of loaf from pan.

7Cool completely before slicing.
