  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients. Add oats last. Pour hot water over oats. Let stand while mixing other ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes.
