  • 4 cups Quick Oats (Gluten Free If You Choose To)
  • 1 cup Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Honey, Maple Syrup, Or Karo (I Prefer Honey)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 cups Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

    Mix oats, butter, brown sugar, honey, salt, and vanilla. Add chocolate chips right before transfering to a well-greased 9x13 pan. Otherwise, you will have a major melting problem.

    Using wax paper, press into the pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven.

    When almost cool, cut into bars.
