- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat powdered milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup 1% low-fat chocolate milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 cup natural applesauce
- 6 scoops protein powder
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 3/4 cup raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Mix all the dry ingredients (except for the raisins and almonds) in a large bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

3Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Consistency is sort of like cookie dough. Add the raisins and almonds, and mix well.

4Spread into a 9X12 baking dish.

5Bake for roughly 20 minutes, until edges are crisp and browned.
