Oaxaca Old-Fashioned

   In a mixing glass, combine the tequila, mezcal, bitters and agave nectar; fill the glass with ice and stir well.

   Strain into an ice-filled double rocks glass.

   Over the glass, hold the orange twist between your thumb and two fingers; hold a lit match 1 inch away from the twist and pinch the twist sharply to release its oils.

   Garnish the drink with the flamed twist.
