  • 8 oz. Camembert cheese (or Brie)
  • 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese)
  • 4 oz. Limburger (or Romadur cheese)
  • 8 oz. butter (Plugra, Kerry Gold, etc.)
  • 4 oz. yellow onion, very finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. smoked/hot Spanish paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
  • Several small radishes, thinly sliced.
  • One small white onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Soft pretzels or toasted dark rye bread

Directions
