Octopus Curry With Beer

  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 onion medium
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 4 parsley sprigs chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 3 1/2 ounces bacon cut in thin strips
  • 500 grams cooked octopus
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 beer mini
  • salt to taste

    In a saucepan, over medium heat in little olive oil, add the onion, garlic, parsley, pepper, and bacon. Season with salt to taste.

    Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.

    Add octopus, tomato paste, and curry. Stir very well.

    Once it starts boiling, add the beer, and wait until it boils again.

    Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
