Directions

   Combine sugar and syrup.

   Bring to a boil on medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes.

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in peanut butter. Mix well.

   Add cereal.

   Spread evenly in a buttered pan.

   Melt chips together.

   Spread over mixture and let cool.

   Do not refrigerate.
