  • 2-1/2 lb. yellow summer squash
  • 3 lg. eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

    Grate the uncooked squash.

    Beat in remaining ingredients except for the oil.

    Drop by tablespoons into a little hot oil in skillet.
