- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Measure flour by dip, level, pour method. Mix flour and salt.

3Add oil; mix with fork until it looks like meal.

4Sprinkle with water; mix with fork.

5Gather dough together. If too dry, add 1 to 2 tablespoons more oil.

6Press into ball. Divide almost in half.

7Use larger half for bottom roll.

8Fill trim.

9Roll top.

10Cut slits; place over filling.

11Seal with water, flute.

12Bake with favorite fruit recipes.

13To prevent overbrowning of edges, cover with 1 1/2 strips aluminum foil.

14Remove strips 15 minutes before end of baking.
