- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 15 to 20 pods okra, cut
- 3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. corn (canned)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in pan.

2Add onions and pepper.

3Cook until tender. Add okra; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add corn and tomatoes.

5Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
