  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 15 to 20 pods okra, cut
  • 3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 c. corn (canned)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Cook until tender. Add okra; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
