- 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp. basil
- 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 c., lightly packed)
- 1/2 c. toasted, chopped almonds

1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, Port wine, mustard and basil until thoroughly blended.
