  • 4 ears corn
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cut corn off the cob, scraping ears.

    Add sugar, flour, salt and pepper.

    Blend in beaten eggs, butter and milk.

    Bake in greased casserole dish at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours.
