- 1 loaf stale bread, cut in cubes
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. margarine
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in margarine.

2Add parsley, sage, salt and pepper.

3Put bread in large bowl.

4Mix eggs and water.

5Pour margarine mixture over bread, then add egg-water mixture.
