  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half cream
  • 2 eggs, separated

Directions

    Mix together sugars, flour, salt and nutmeg.

    Beat egg yolk slightly with fork and add along with cream.

    Beat egg whites stiffly and fold into mixture.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
