- 3 Tablespoons Flour, Heaping
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla (more If Desired)
- 1 whole Unbaked Pie Crust
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together (the 3 tablespoons of flour need to be heaping tablespoons, not your typical level measuring spoon).

2Stir in cream, milk and vanilla.

3Mix well and pour into an unbaked pie crust.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 -45 minutes until thick but not solid and top turns golden brown.

5The trickiest part of this recipe is knowing when to take it out of the oven. It depends a little on personal preference and a little on trial-and-error.
