  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1 pkg. pitted dates, chopped up
  • 1 lb. mixed candied fruit
  • 1/2 lb. pecan halves (2 c.)

    Line two loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inch with aluminum foil.

    Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, then beat 3 minutes on high.
