- 1 head lettuce
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 lb. bacon
- 2 red onions or 10 green onions
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Fry, drain and crumble bacon.

2Wash and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

3Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

4Place ingredients in layers beginning with lettuce.

5Do not toss.

6Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

7Toss to serve.

8Do not cut lettuce or it will turn brown.
