  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Cream together the butter and confectioners sugar.

    Add the whole eggs, one at a time, beating each in well.

    Gradually add the flour, beating continually.

    Add lemon and vanilla extracts and mix thoroughly.

    Put batter in greased Bundt pan and bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
