- 1 c. unsalted butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. unbleached flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.

2Allow butter to

4Using an electric mixer, cream butter until fluffy and light yellow.

5Slowly add sugar and then eggs one at a time beating continuously.

6Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

7Stir in small amounts of flour mixture alternately with sour cream.

8Add vanilla.

9Pour batter into Bundt pan and bake 45 to 60 minutes until cake tester comes out clean.
