- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- pastry for double 9-inch crust
Directions

1Combine raisins and water; boil 5 minutes.

2Blend sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.

3Add to raisins and cook until clear.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in vinegar and butter.

6Turn into pastry-lined pan.

7Cover with pastry strips.

8Bake at 425° for about 30 minutes or until brown.
