- 1/2 cups Cornstarch
- 1/2 cups Icing Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 3/4 cups Butter
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a bowl and work with fingers until a smooth dough forms. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

2Flatten slightly with the palm of your hand until round in shape. Bake in a 300-degree oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the bottom of the cookie is light golden brown.

3Note: dough can be chilled in the fridge for easier handling if desired.
