  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk or cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon

Directions

    Sift together the first 3 ingredients.

    Add butter and mix. Beat in the eggs, milk and lemon.

    Add to dry mixture and blend well.

    Drop by full teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375°.
